ITSM/CMDB Engineer / £400 per day (outside IR35) / London (hybrid) / 3 Months
A market leading Consultancy with global reach is on the lookout for an experienced CMDB Engineer to come on board to support one of their customers with an ongoing project.
The selected candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Jira Service Management to design and optimise ITSM and CMDB solutions.
You will need to work with the customer to implement ITIL-aligned service management solutions on Atlassian Cloud.
Responsibilities include:
• Implementing ITSM processes on Jira Service Management
• Design, integration and configuration of ITSM solutions
• Conducting stakeholder workshops
Ideally you will have:
• 5+ years’ experience with ITSM tools
• Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
• ITIL and Atlassian certifications are a bonus
